Guess this explains why they could "Rollback" prices.
(San Francisco-AP) -- A San Francisco federal judge has granted
class-action status to a sex-discrimination case against Wal-Mart.
The suit could represent as many as one-point-six (m) million
current and former female workers, in what has become the largest
private civil rights case in U-S history.
The suit alleges Wal-Mart set up a system that frequently pays
female workers less than their male counterparts for comparable
jobs and bypasses women for key promotions.
Wal-Mart had hoped to limit the scope of the lawsuit filed in
San Francisco three years ago. Anticipating today's announcement,
Wal-Mart said it planned to appeal.

A Weekend of Emotions
It's a weekend of emotions for African Americans. The tragic death of four in Ft. Worth Texas, the lost of Great Music legend Ray Charles, and the celebration of "Juneteenth". Please take a moment to reflect and be grateful...the journey has been long, look where we've come from, and look where we are headed.

"what a man will do to get out of paying alimony"
Okay, I've heard of taking things to the extreme, but taking it to this level is bit much. It could never be this bad. Read it for yourself. "Dude Looks Like A Lady".

Give me a break
Just read an article on how doctor's are starting to refuse health and medical care to lawyers and their families. Read it for yourself. Whats next?
